Default Excel 2007 version differences

Hi,

I'm thinking of buying Office 2007, but unsure whether to buy
Professional or Home & Student. I'm mainly concerned that the Excel I
get with the Home & Student won't have the full functionality as the
Professional edition. I seem to recall, for example, that the Excel
Pro from Office 2003 had some XML capabilities that the standard
version didn't.

Is the same true for Office 2007? Does anyone know where I can find
out the differences between the different Excel versions?

Cheers

Gromit
