Default How do i lock tabs so that only an admin can edit them?

Can anyone help? I'm trying to create a read-only copy of a worksheet, and it
would be preferable to either lock the tabs along the bottom, or hide them
completley, to be unlocked with a password for admin.

Many Thanks
