Default Adobe inserting into Excel causing the adobe file to be low dpi

I'm having a problem inserting adobe file into excel. The adobe reader
version is 8 and microsoft office is 2003 SP2. The current problem is when I
inserting the adobe into the excel causing the file to be unreadible. But
when viewed in adobe reader it is totally fine the pdf file is in 200 dpi.
Is there a way to change excel's insert DPI or is there any other way to
solve this problem.
