DataSort..pick the column and click descending

Sorting Columns
Select the row containing the date *AND ALL* the other rows below,
containing the data, then: <Data <Sort <Options, Under Orientation, click on "Sort Left To Right", Then <OK, Then, make sure the row containing the dates is in the top sort window, Then click on "Descending", Then <OK. -- HTH, RD --------------------------------------------------------------------------- Please keep all correspondence within the NewsGroup, so all may benefit ! --------------------------------------------------------------------------- "k f h" wrote in message ...
