Default Pivot Table - Grand Total for selected columns only

I have a Pivot Table showing data for three years:

Product names as rows
Product Volumes, Prices and Sales Value as 3 columns x 3 years

I do want the grand total of the Sales Value columns but not of volumes and
prices, because those numbers are totally meaningless. Can I limit the grand
total to selected columns only?
