Default pivot table - difference instead of grand total

In Excel 2007, I am attempting to create a pivot table that shows the
difference between the values for column 1 and column 2 values, I can only
get the "Grand Total" - I really need a "Grand Difference".

Is there a way to show the difference for these values in the columns?
