Formulas
We are trying to compare two tabs. Certifications are on the first tab. The
second tab consists of what certifications have been completed and the date. How do we generate a report showing the incomplete certifications? |

On your First sheet enter in B1:
=IF(ISNA(VLOOKUP(A1,Sheet2!$A:$B,1,FALSE)),"","Cer tification Completed") Where on your sheet2 column1 you also have your CertNames and Col 2 the Dates completed.
