We are trying to compare two tabs. Certifications are on the first tab. The
second tab consists of what certifications have been completed and the date.
How do we generate a report showing the incomplete certifications?

On your First sheet enter in B1:
=IF(ISNA(VLOOKUP(A1,Sheet2!$A:$B,1,FALSE)),"","Cer tification Completed")

Where on your sheet2 column1 you also have your CertNames and Col 2 the
Dates completed.
