Default Excel help needed.

I am wanting cell C20 to use the text in cell B20 as the name of the
worksheet to get the data from in cell Q4.

Go to http://www.edferrero.com/ExcelCharts...2/Default.aspx
and find 'Report Workbook'. This used INDIRECT + ADDRESS functions to get
chart data from other workbooks.
