Default Keep row data together, but sort by one colomn's data

I have a workbook full of schedules. The days of the week are across the
top. Then the starting time and stopping time for each day is listed.
Different schedule is on each row. I would like to sort the data by the start
time (which are the same for each day)

Thank you!
