have a template I could use or know what to put on it? |

You would have to be more specific....

I have been asked to provide a schedule for 12 monthly payments from a
client. The client will be paying the same amount each month. They have requested that the schedule be on headed paper (which is no problem). Do I need to show invoices no.s "Dave F" wrote: You would have to be more specific.... You could easily set this up in Excel without using a template, for example:
Col A | Col B | | Col C Date | Invoice # | Invoice amount 5/1/2007 | 1 | $1000 6/1/2007 | 2 | $1000 7/1/2007 | 3 | $1000 Etc. As for whether you have to include an invoice number--ask your client. Perhaps ask them for an example they have used with other clients. There's probably no standard answer to your question; it depends on meeting your client's needs.
