Default double unary operator in XL 2007

Somehow, my XL 2007 started converting the -- into one long dash, like it
does in Word. This obviously causes errors.

Anyone else have this to happen to them? Is this one of those AutoCorrect
annoyances? If so, how do I access the AutoCorrect list in XL 2007?

Thanks,

Dave
