Default Multiple problems

Hi, I'm new to this, so please be patient. I am creating a workpage for my
job and cannot download add-ins or things like that, so I have to have code.
I am trying to have a constantly running clock on my page so that when the
page is printed it shows the completion time. =NOW() only gives it once, or
when the page is reloaded. How can I do this? Can this post the current date
as well?
Also, How can I use a clear feature to reset check boxes?

To display today's date use =TODAY()

Not sure of the answers to your other questions.

I need one specific box to display one current date and time as a running
clock.
My box is B5 which just needs to be a date and clock.
I'm not sure how to be more specific.

Your other questions are plenty specific; I just don't know the answers to
them.

I'm sure someone else will come along with a suitable response. In the mean
time perhaps try some Google searches.

1. Press F9 before you print.
2. What checkboxes?
