Pivot table

I would like this to be one column per field in the DATA area. Usually I change this by dragging dropping fields from the tab containing the pivot table. But this drag-drop exercise is frustrating as I am not sure where exactly to position the cursor before doing drag-drop. Are there other better techniques to achieve the same objective?
