Pivot table
I have more than one value in the DATA area of a pivot table. By default
EXCEL creates the pivot table with multiple rows for the data value (1 row per field in the DATA area). I would like this to be one column per field in the DATA area. Usually I change this by dragging dropping fields from the tab containing the pivot table. But this drag-drop exercise is frustrating as I am not sure where exactly to position the cursor before doing drag-drop. Are there other better techniques to achieve the same objective? Many thanks in anticipation. |
