Default Excel help and AD GPO restrictions

I have a group of users who have tightly restricted access on their user
accounts. They are only allowed to run a specific set of programs. As a
result, they are unable to access Help in any of their Office applications.
The group policy requires that any programs they need to run be specifically
allowed in the policy; the .exe, .dll or whatever must be in the list that
allows them to run. I have been unable to identify what program is being
called when the help file runs. Can anyone help me with this? Thanks
