Default restrictions in excel opening webpage ??

Hello,

I have links to web pages in excel, just simple text links. They used
to
work okay but since about a week ago, whenever i click on any links
within excel it says something to the effect of "Unable to open due to
restrictions set on this computer, please contact your administrator".
Now, i don't think i have done anything within excel to make it
complaim
of that and there are no settings which i can see in excel to stop this
happening, so my question is how can i stop excel complaining about
this
and just open the link ?

Kind Regs
Andrew
