Does anyone know if it is possible to import a data directory that was
created in Word for a merge into Excel as an address list? If so, could you explain how to do this. Thank you. |

This is the only thing of which I'm aware that even comes close:
http://www.gmayor.com/convert_labels...mail_merge.htm However, depending on the layout of your data, you might try copy/paste. Thanks, Anne, but that is too confusing for my finite brain. Ha! I guess
I'll just leave it in a mail merge directory in Word. We were sending these files to a printer so hopefully he can work with the Word directory to put the addresses on the brochures. I'll let him worry about it anyway. Thanks for your help though.
