Default Importing a Word merge directory into Excel

Thanks, Anne, but that is too confusing for my finite brain. Ha! I guess
I'll just leave it in a mail merge directory in Word. We were sending these
files to a printer so hopefully he can work with the Word directory to put
the addresses on the brochures. I'll let him worry about it anyway. Thanks
for your help though.

This is the only thing of which I'm aware that even comes close:

However, depending on the layout of your data, you might try copy/paste.
Here's a few tips (see "Vertical to Horizontal addresses")

Does anyone know if it is possible to import a data directory that was
created in Word for a merge into Excel as an address list? If so, could
you
explain how to do this. Thank you.
