Hi,
I have a column: Lastname1,Firstname1 Lastname2,Firstname2 Lastname3,Firstname3 Is it possible to create a formula to seperate the data in two columns. Column x Columny Lastname1 Firstname1 Lastname2 Firstname2 Lastname3 Firstname3 Thanks for help Regards,, Faruk Gashi CUNY |

Assume that data is in column A.
Make sure column B is empty. Insert a new column B if needed. Select the data in column A Goto the menu DataText to Columns Select DelimitedNextCommaFinish Biff "F.G." wrote in message oups.com...
