List your budget categories in one column.
In the adjacent column, enter the budget amounts.
Select a cell in the list
Click the Chart wizard button on the toolbar
Choose the pie chart type, and one of the subtypes.
Click Next, click Next
Select the Data Labels tab
Add a check mark to Percentage
Select any other options you want, click Finish
