Default Format a cell

Select the range you are needing then
Goto your Format toolbar Menu Conditional Formatting

In the first drop down select cell Value Is
In the second drop down select Greater than
In the third drop down type in 1

Thenclick Format PatternsSelect your color
Then click ok twice

This should do it

I want a cell to be highlighted in one color and when I enter some text, such
as a number, I want it to change to a different color. How do I do something
like that.

Thanks
