Format a cell
Select the range you are needing then
Goto your Format toolbar Menu Conditional Formatting In the first drop down select cell Value Is In the second drop down select Greater than In the third drop down type in 1 Thenclick Format PatternsSelect your color Then click ok twice This should do it "Shawn" wrote: I want a cell to be highlighted in one color and when I enter some text, such as a number, I want it to change to a different color.
