Default Lost Macros

I worked most of the day yesterday creating macros in the personal workbook.
Today it only shows one macro. I want to find the macros and then find out
how to create buttons in excel to use my macros within the application not a
specific workbook. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I believe that I did. I was trying to do a restore to that file but was not
able to do locally.
