Default determine cell colour

Hi, I would like to sort a spreadsheet based on the colour of the cells
(someone coloured them in instead of tagged them!!!) I thought there was a
function to establish the colour of the cell but =cell("Color") doesn't seem
to work, is there anything else I could use please?

Thanks in advance.
