Default Links to other data sources

Whenever I open a workbook of mine, it claims that it has links to other data
sources and asks if I would like to update the information.

I know why it's saying this; it's actually linked to a temporary internet
file from which I copied and pasted each sheet into a new document. I just
can't find all the things that it's looking for. There were a lot of H and V
Lookups which were linked due to named table arrays. I have found all of
those and named the table arrays in my own document. I went through and used
ctrl+F to find anything with the word "lookup" in it.

Is there any way that I can find (without clicking each cell and looking)
whatever the workbook thinks is linked to the other?

You could try Bill Manville's findlink.xla add-in at www.appspro.com

Try going to Edit - Links up at the menu bar.
