Depends what you need this for. Without any VBA at all, you can get
the comments to print out:

From File, Page Setup, Sheets,
Comments: At End of Sheet

If you need to locate (select) cells with comments, use
Goto....Special....Comments.
or the following VBA:

Sub SelectComments()
Selection.SpecialCells(xlCellTypeComments).Select
End Sub
