Default 98E25 changes to 9.8E+26 -Export

Hello to all:
I am having a big issue with this change in Excel when I Export data from
any other application. When numbers have a letter E in the middle changes,
example: 98E25 changes to 9.8E+26. I know that I have to format as text
before the data is entered in any cell; however, this is not possible with
Exports since its done automatic. When I click export to excel, excel open
automatic, when the data is in the workbook I have to fix it one by one. Can
you please help to figure out any better solution?
Thank you so much.

Can you export the data to a text file?

Then you could use File|Open within excel and choose Text for that field (in the
text to columns wizard).

In that case, don't export to Excel, but export to a suitably delimited text
file, and use Excel to open the text file with suitable formatting.
