Default Worksheet display changes

Good morning,

I have a worksheet (Excell 2003) with rows and columns specifically
formatted so that everything fits on each page at 100% size. It looks
great on my computer, and when I go to page break preview, I have the
margins set solid (solid blue lines). But when someone else opens the
workbook, not everything fits on the page. In order to make it fit on
the page, I have to adjust the margins which adjusts the size down to
about 91%. Why would this happen? Thanks.

The other person is using a different printer. The printer has wider margins
than yours. Either have him or her change to your printer, or use Page Setup to
have the page printed on one sheet. Excel will reduce it as necessary.

Ah yes, the printers. Now that you mention it, we have been
experiencing a somewhat related 'problem' with another internal
application. Makes sense now. Thank you very much!
