Hi,
We have a spreadsheet that we put a Green fill in the background to let the users know they need to fill out those cells. These sheets are printed and then faxed. How do we set the sheet to print without printing the fill color so that the data is still legible after transmitting through the fax? We have tried it with no fill color and only unlocking the cells that need to be filled so one could tab through it, but for some reason it is not always completed like it is when the background is color coded for them. Thanks, Ben |
