Can a few long, narrow Excel cols be "wrapped" to fill print pag
I have three long, narrow columns of data requiring eight printed pages. Is
there a way that I can print these in "newspaper columns", i.e. have the three columns wrap once or twice (as a group) to fill the print page before continuing on the next page? Thanks for any help!! |

David McRitchie has a macro that will "snake" the columns.
http://www.mvps.org/dmcritchie/excel/snakecol.htm Personally, I'd copy into MSWord (maybe hitting NotePad if MSWord slows down when I paste). Then use MSWord's Format|Column to make life easy. If you're new to macros, you may want to read David McRitchie's intro at: http://www.mvps.org/dmcritchie/excel/getstarted.htm Limousin Jim wrote: I have three long, narrow columns of data requiring eight printed pages.
