Default Difference in date and time

Hope someone can help me with this.

I need to find the time difference between two dates excluding weekends. I
have the dates formatted as "m/d/yyyy h:mm". The result has to be depicted in
hours.

If an order was placed at 4 PM on a Friday evening and delivery was at 11 AM
Monday morning, what were the number of hours spent to service the request
excluding the weekends (Saturday and Sunday)

Thanks
