I have a worksheet set up with account numbers and then various problem
types. It is on an enormous databas of nearly 1000 items. At the end of the problem types I have a field that shows a string of the problem types. i.e. acct# Guideline Violation Documentation Error Error Comments 1 Guideline Vio. Guideline Vio. 2 Documentation Error Documentation Error 3 Guideline Vio. Documentation Error Guildeline Vio, Doc Err. I am hoping that may be a formula, filter or sort that can be written to sort each loan by individual criteria within the string. Or using example above the last colum indentify those accounts with Guideline Violations, even if there is a Documentation erroror vice versa without having to go back through each individual critera seperately. |
