How do I change the character separating thousands or decimals on.
Excel 2000?
My decimals are now a comma (,) instead of a dot (.) & vice-versa. |

Not an Excel setting, but Windows Control Panel Regional Options

How do I change the character separating thousands or decimals on.
Although you can override within Excel by going
ToolsOptionsInternational tab and unchecking "Use System Separators" and set your own Decimal and Thousands separators. Altho missed that that was xl2000 :-(
