Default Workbook on Workgroup, read only

Hi, I have put a workbook onto a workgroup network. I have gone into Share
Workbook on the Tools menu and selected Allow changes by more than one user
at the same time, and yet whenever I open the workbook on the other computer
on the workgroup it will only open Read Only. It does show shared at the top
of the workbook on both computers, but the other computer does not show up on
the Who has this workbook open now: under Share Workbook on the Tools menu.
If anyone can give any help it will be truly appreciated.
