When trying to open Outlook 2002, I get the following message:
Cannot start Microsoft Outlook. File Access is denied. You do not have the permission required to access the file C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook\Outlook.pst There is only one user on this machine. The user has Administrator privileges. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. |
