Default Spread Sheet Print Formatting

I have two users, one users creates a shread sheet that consist of two
8.5 x 11 pages when printed. This first user then emails the spread
sheet to the second user. When the second user opens the spread sheet
from the email, the two pages are now 7. The data is generally spread
across three of the 7 and the other four are blank, when looked at in
Page Break View.

The spread sheet has been emailed to several other people including
myself and the formatting is fine (Two pages). So the issue is with
the second user's setup.

I've tried several thing to try to fix this issue but have not been
able to find anything that will correct this issue forever. Each time
the second user receives a new spread sheet it opens as sevan pages
instead of two. Then the user has to go into Page Break View and
readjust every thing before they can print the spread sheet.

The only thing that I have found different between the two PCs in the
default printer. User one has a laser printer as their default and
user two has a inkjet printer as their default. I have not tried
changing users two's default printer. Just wondering if there maybe
something else causing this issue.

Thank you!

Default Spread Sheet Print Formatting

I have run into this a couple of times
once the cause was that the default margins were different for the
two printers.
a second time, the font set was different, even though they said they were
the same font.

If these don't work, try having user two set up a template document which
user one can use to generate the document from. this might work.

Default Spread Sheet Print Formatting

looking at your question again, I am confused by one thing. seven is an
unusual number, it must be seven either vertically or horizontally.
has user one used page setup to select 1x2 or 2x1 sheets?
has he or she defined the print area?
