Default Averaging non-range positive data

How do I take data from E7,E12,E17,E22,E27 and average only those cells
containing positive data?

Is it always every 5th cell? If so you can use

=SUMPRODUCT(--(MOD(ROW(E7:E300),5)=2),--(E7:E3000),E7:E300)/SUMPRODUCT(--(MOD(ROW(E7:E300),5)=2),--(E7:E3000))
