Default Sectional Freezing Panes

I know how to 'Freeze Panes' in order to maintain a particular row at the top
of the worksheet while scrolling.

Is it possible to lock a row while scrolling through rows 2-100, then lock a
different row for rows 101-200, and so on?

Not possible.

One freeze per worksheet only.
