Format Cells... Number Custom

We've entered thousands of entries with the date format dd.mm.yy - i.e. 15.02.07 Excel doesn't recognise this format (the nearest would appear to be 15.2.07) and therefore won't allow us to customise a date range. We've tried changing one of the date formulas to match the above but still can't get it to work. Any idea? Please remember......not an IT expert so as simple as possible please. Thanks -- Gary |
