Default Headers and Footers

The best way to do this would to be set up a template, just create the
information you want to always appear and then save it as file type Template
(*.xlt).

Save it into your Office template folder.

Now when you start excel go to File, New and your template should be there.

I am always using excel to create reports and spreadsheets. But one thing
that takes a long time to do are creating the headers and footers.

Since they never change, is there a way I can open up a new excel sheet and
already have the headers and footers there.

I appreciate any help you can give me.
