I have some how locke my curser against the sheet. I cannot move it across
the sheet via the arrows. I can only locate the curser over a cell by using
the mouse.
Simple problem but I cannot see the answer.

Hi

Sounds as if you might have Scroll Lock on - locate the button on your
keyboard (on the right-hand side between the Print Scrn and Pause
buttons - at least on my standard QWERTY keyboard) and press it.
