Hi all, I've a spreadsheet where some of the cells are have more than a 1500
chars but I can't print off the whole contents, is there anyway to do this, I thought excel 2003 could print off more thasn 1024 chars per cell. Thanks all. -- delmac |

Excel will display about 1000 characters in the cell--unless you do something to
help. Put alt-enters (to force new lines within the cell) every 80-100 characters. After I've done this, I could see way more than the documented 1000 characters and when I did a print preview, I could see lots of text--more than 1500 characters. As an alternative, you could add a textbox from either the Drawing toolbar or from the Control Toolbox toolbar and plop your text into that. delmac wrote: Hi all, I've a spreadsheet where some of the cells are have more than a 1500 chars but I can't print off the whole contents, is there anyway to do this, I thought excel 2003 could print off more thasn 1024 chars per cell.
