Default intergrate a curve of datapoints

I want to integrate a curve made from datapoints in excel, but I didn't have
any luck in excel help. More accurately the graph shows the velocity profile
in an air gap and i need to calculate the flow rate, so I need to calculate
the area below the curve.

Hope someone can help :-)
