Sorry Dave,
Yes, it's still with a shared workbook. Basically, I have a workbook that will have a long list of names of files with check boxes. Once my other worker receives this file she needs to go in and check the box to reflect this. It's just a simple tracking system of file movement. So, I don't want the true/false to show at all. I'm trying your last suggestion of linking to cell below and then hiding that row, but honestly, the list will be quite lengthy and this process is time consuming...but, gotta do what ya gotta do!
