Default How can I change the IF-function result in excel with colors?

I want to change the color of the results I get from the IF-function.
Example: if an answer is wrong the text-color would change into red and if
the answer is true it will appear in blue.

Use Conditional Formatting ( Format | Conditional Formatting )
