Default The Help Option in Excel 2003

I would like to post this question to see if this is a known issue in Excel
2003. I was working in a file that had subtotals I then tried to create a
pivot table out of the data, however, when I click Finish I got a message
that said: "Because your source data has automatic subtotals, Microsoft
office Excel cannot create a Pivot Table report from it. For information
about how to remove the Subtotals, Click Help." When I click the Help button
all I get is a blank Help Window and no article shows on the screen.

Is this a known issue? I'm able to see help topics if I type a question in
the Help Bar, but on the message above when I click Help it is blank. Maybe
there's no help file associated with that error message. Is there a fix for
this? I cant seem to understand why the message would give you the option
of clicking the HELP button and it shows nothing.

Any ideas?
