Default Copying Formula

Hi Guys

I will be grateful if you can solve my problem
Whenever i am copying formula from one worksheet to another worksheet,
it is copying the contents of formula itself (e.g. ='worksheetA'!D12)
not the formula result.

Thanks
nc

Default Copying Formula

Hi

It sounds as though the cell you are pasting to is formatted as Text.
Try formatting the cell as General, then do the Copy/Paste

Default Copying Formula

Try editing the new formula by deleting the equal sign and pressing Enter,
then editing it again and re-inserting the equal sign.........
