Default Should I Wait?

Dear friends:

I have software assurance on my Office 2003 and Windows XP Pro licenses. I
purchased half of the licenses (about 50 on each product) in March 2005 and
the other half in March 2006. First, must I exercise the software assurance
for the licenses purchased in March 2005 before March 2007, or do I have
longer? I have downloaded all the installation packages from the Microsoft
eOpen site. Can I sit on these past March 2007 and then begin installing
them?

I would appreciate any advice regarding switching over my organization to
Office 2007 and Windows Vista now versus waiting a year (if SA will allow
waiting). Are most wise people waiting to switch their organizations over to
the new stuff until some of the bugs are worked out?

Thanks for any kind advice or feedback you may provide. God bless.
