I am trying to link worksheets and workbooks but all I get is the formula not
the value of the link, even when I use Paste/Link cells. What am I doing wrong? |

Two things to try.
Make sure you are pasting the values. or Press CTRL +` (the ` symbol is the key below the ESC key) "Ben Elliott" wrote: I am trying to link worksheets and workbooks but all I get is the formula not the value of the link, even when I use Paste/Link cells. What am I doing wrong? |

Thanks Mike but I want the value top be updated not just remain as originally

Yes, Mike is right. To make it very clear, "Ctrl + `" - shortcut key enables Tools - Option - View - Formulas Balaji "Mike" wrote: Two things to try.
